Tired of having at-home dates because of the cold weather?
Spring is approaching and it’s finally that time of year to take advantage of the upcoming warmer weather.
Here are some of my favorite fun spring date ideas you can do this season. You’ll want to add some of these to your list as the weather starts getting warmer.

1. Go on a spring picnic
The spring weather is here so gather some fruits, cheese, charcuterie, and some wine and enjoy the warmer weather together for your first picnic of the year. This spring day date is even better if you guys can watch the sunset together.
2. Attend a baseball game
Spring is the start of baseball season so get some game tickets ready and watch your hometown baseball team on the field.
3. Decorate Easter eggs
Be kids again and decorate Easter eggs together at home. Then give them to younger siblings, cousins, or other kids for some Easter egg hunt adventures.
4. Get active on a bike date
Get active together by going on a bike date. If you guys can rent tandem bikes, it’ll be even more romantic and twice as fun.
5. Have a spring BBQ
Kick off spring with an outdoor spring BBQ date at a nearby park or in your backyard. Grab some seasoned meats and veggies and cook up a delicious feast.
6. Kite flying
A windy, spring day is a great time to head to a park and fly a kite. You can also see if there are any local kite festivals to join others who also love kites.
7. Celebrate Earth Day by planting trees
Celebrate Earth Day this year by planting some trees together for a greener future. You can do this in your backyard or join an environmental organization that holds events to plant trees locally.
8. Go on a wine tour
Love wine? Head to a winery for a wine tasting. Or go on a winery tour and visit different wineries in the area to see which ones are your favorite.
9. Go fruit picking
Fruit picking season starts in the spring. Set a date and go fruit picking for apples, pineapples, oranges, strawberries, and apricots. Then enjoy them together after your hard work.
10. Go golfing
Start off the spring season with a visit to the golfing range. Don’t have a golf range near you? Check out some nearby driving ranges.

Take advantage of the small window during the spring to see your local cherry blossoms and have a photoshoot together.
