Fall is officially here which means cold weather and a higher likelihood of getting sick.
I know when the weather changes from warm to cold, I often start to feel like I’m about to catch something. It always starts with a tickle in my throat or a headache that doesn’t go away and then I end up staying sick for at least a week at a time.
This is why this fall, I’m armed and ready to prevent myself from getting sick by ensuring I stay healthy with supplements from Swisse.
How To Stay Healthy This Fall With Swisse
If you’ve never heard of Swisse before, they’re a leading Australian supplement brand and have been on a mission over the past 50 years to help people live healthier and happier lives.
To get Swisse supplements, I recommend getting them from iHerb. I’ve been purchasing health products from them for over a decade now since I was a teenager for things that I can’t find here in Canada locally.

They also offer great customer service 24/7 around the clock in 10 different languages.

I always like to add a multivitamin to my health regimen, especially during the fall and winter months.
Some days I’ll be so busy with work that it can be hard to ensure that I’m getting enough nutrients and eating well. When I don’t eat well enough, I’m more likely to end up getting sick.
This is why I’ll be taking the Swisse Women’s Ultivite Multiviamin this season.
This multivitamin contains over 50 vitamins, minerals, herbs, and antioxidants that are formulated to promote health just for women.
It also helps to maintain energy production and assists with stamina and vitality. Because I often feel tired and lack energy during the winter months when it’s dark and cold here, this is great to help combat that.
Hair, Skin, & Nails
To keep my hair, skin, and nails healthy during the fall, I like to incorporate a supplement into my daily routine.
In the fall, my skin tends to feel more dry and chapped from the cold, and just overall not as hydrated compared to the summer months.
I’ve also been dealing with some hair loss recently from hormonal changes too so I’ll be taking Swisse Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+ to help combat this.
This hair, skin and nails supplement helps to promote collagen production, maintain glossy hair, and promote radiant skin and healthy nails. It contains biotin, which is great to strengthen all 3 things, as well as vitamin c and silica which is necessary for the formation of collagen.
The Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+ is also available in a liquid formula if you prefer liquid supplements.
If you hate taking tablets because they hurt your throat when you swallow them, the liquid formula is made for you! For myself, I don’t mind taking tablets because I find them more convenient and quick.
Boost Your Immunity
To keep my immune system at an optimal level and to prevent myself from getting sick this fall, I’ve added 2 additional supplements to my regimen.
The Swisse Ultiboost Immune Forte helps to maintain a healthy immune function and contains andrographis, which is known to help prevent the cold and flu.
I more often than not tend to catch other people’s sickness when I’m around others who are sick so this will definitely come in handy for prevention.
I’ve also added the Swisse Ultiboost Vitamin C + Manuka Honey to the mix. This comes in a chewable tablet so this is awesome if you hate swallowing large pills.
It contains both vitamin C and manuka honey which helps boost your immune system and ensures your body gets its much needed antioxidants. I love manuka honey and its healing properties but its something that I often don’t buy separately, so it’s great that it’s a part of this supplement.
Overall, I’ll be sure to keep my health supplement regimen as a priority this fall season to ensure I stay healthy and I’m excited to use these supplements from Swisse.
